Robotic Component Repair:
URI has the ability to repair most Fanuc Robotics components, including Teach Pendants,
Servo Amplifiers, Controller Boards, Servo Motors, Wrist Assemblies and other mechanical
components. Our Controller Board repairs are performed at the component level and include
surface mount technology components.
Allen Bradley PLC5 & SLC Repair: URI now offers repairs on most Allen Bradley
PLC5 and SLC modules as a convenient one source repair center for our customers.
Field Service: Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Management programs
and Robot Troubleshooting & Repair is available on all Fanuc Robots throughout the US and
Canada.
Programming: Development of tailored made Karel applications and TPP
(teach pendant programmning) programs. Setup and programming of Fanuc TOOL applications.
Path Teaching is also available on Fanuc robots. This includes PLC programming.
Specialized Training: Maintenance and programming classes.
All training classes are custom tailored to meet the needs of the customer and are offer
on the robot model and controller type you have purchased from URI. This includes Fanuc in-house training.
Automation Assessments: URI performs plant automation audits and
assessments to maximize production and profits. Return on Investment (ROI)
estimates for Robotic Solutions are part of the final recommendations.
